Payment Policy

All monthly charges must be paid exclusively through the LOGORI HOME SERVICES mobile application. Payment through any other medium is strictly prohibited and may result in service termination.

Monthly charges are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement.

Worker Benefits

All service charges include 4 paid leaves per month for the assigned worker. These leaves are part of the worker’s benefits package and are included in your monthly payment.

If the worker does not utilize all 4 paid leaves in a given month, they have the option to encash the unused leaves. This encashment is handled directly by LOGORI and does not affect your monthly charges.

Service Agreement

By confirming your booking, you enter into a service agreement with LOGORI HOME SERVICES. This agreement outlines the scope of services, pricing, and terms of engagement.

  • Services will be provided as per the schedule agreed upon during booking
  • Any changes to the service schedule must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance
  • LOGORI reserves the right to replace workers in case of unavailability or performance issues
  • Quality of service is monitored through regular feedback and inspections

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their service with 7 days written notice. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one week of service charges.

Placement fees are non-refundable once the worker has been assigned and service has commenced.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and respectful working environment for service workers
  • Ensure timely payment of monthly charges through the LOGORI app
  • Communicate any issues or concerns promptly through official channels
  • Provide accurate information during booking and service delivery
  • Respect worker rights and adhere to labor laws

Liability and Disputes

LOGORI acts as a platform connecting customers with service providers. While we ensure thorough background checks and training, we are not liable for any damages or losses incurred during service delivery beyond the scope of our service agreement.

Any disputes arising from service delivery should be reported immediately through the LOGORI app. Our customer support team will work to resolve issues within 48 hours.
