Booking
Customers must provide accurate information while making a booking. A booking is confirmed only after confirmation from LOGOREE.
Service Charges
Applicable service charges, booking fees and taxes, if any, will be communicated before confirmation.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the service booked. The applicable policy will be communicated at the time of booking.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are expected to provide a safe and respectful environment for LOGOREE professionals and provide accurate service requirements.
Service Availability
Services are subject to professional and location availability. LOGOREE may arrange an alternative professional where reasonably possible.
Service Changes
LOGOREE reserves the right to modify services, pricing, availability or these Terms from time to time.
Misuse of Services
Services must not be used for unlawful, unsafe or inappropriate purposes.
Limitation of Liability
LOGOREE will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable services but shall not be responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the appropriate courts in Assam.
